Flex2004 has started right for Nadia (Dia) Nardi. This stellar looking beauty is in the new issue of Joe Weider's "Flex" magazine. Initially motivated by her uncle's impressive bench pressing ability (a whopping 500 ilbs), Dia started to devote herself to bodybuilding in 2001. Just three years later, she has already a British Columbia Championship in the middleweight category under her belt.
